Our Mission Statement:
"The youth of Faith UMC strives to grow in maturity, in faith, in actions, and in welcoming others to our fellowship in Christ's name."
Faith United Methodist Youth (daYut) are committed to leaving the door open for any to join our Christian Family. We also want everyone to know we are not ashamed! Romans 1:16. We are proud of the Good News we have in Christ and want to share His love.
All youth in grades 7 - 12 are invited to be a part of daYut.
Fun and fellowship are a part of our youth program, through group-building activities such as retreats, games, trips, swimming parties and much more.
Opportunities for spiritual growth are an essential element of our program, through worship, Bible study, music, devotionals, and discussing faith issues.
Service is important to our youth, with a number of opportunities for outreach to others in the church, in the community, and beyond.
Personal growth is the key to our youth program, with discussions and programs to help deal with everyday life.
